Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship? 

Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin shipping out on Monday. Pre-order items will begin shipping on the designated date.

 

What shipping method do you use?

As of now we currently ship all packages via USPS and hope to add more options in the future. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We are able to ship to most international locations via USPS. 

 

Can I request a specific disc or stamp color?

Yes! You are welcome to leave color/ stamp preferences in the notes section of your order during checkout. While we try our best to meet those requests, we cannot guarantee them.

 

Can the crew sign my disc before you ship it out?

While we would love to, signing discs just isn’t feasible. Please know our crew is spread out all over the country and is on the road for most of the year. If you see us out on tour, please come say hi after the round or at the booth and we will gladly sign your disc if you ask.

 

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns of new/ unused items. Simply respond to your order confirmation email or send us a message at shop@jomezpro.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders (with few exceptions) ship from our warehouse located in Springfield, Illinois.
